We have identified that NIPR is aware that some users are receiving "Login Disabled" when attempting to access PDB Services. Please email BusinessDevelopment@nipr.com with your ID if you are experiencing this issue.
This issue may impact the ability for users to transact in Manage. The team is actively monitoring to confirm when NIPR has resolved the issue they are facing.
